Hey guys, was browsing Craigslist and found a guy selling a barely used Milwaukee M12 stubby 3/8 impact for $80! Retail is like $150+. Says he used it once. Comes with battery and charger. Too good to be true? Should I jump on it?

Check for fake first. Look at the serial number, make sure the battery contacts are clean and it's not a Chinese knockoff. also ask to test it. If legit, that's a steal. I love my M12 stuff.

I'd be cautious. If it's too good to be true... But Milwaukee makes good tools. I run DeWalt but that stubby is sweet for tight spots. Take Chris's advice and inspect it. For $80 even if it's a little used it's good.

I picked one up last year for $120 used and thought I got a deal. $80 is insane if it works. Those things are beasts for their size. I'd snatch it up quick before someone else does. Just make sure the battery isn't swollen or somethin.
