Just scored a Milwaukee M12 cordless ratchet for $99 at Home Depot (reg. $179). Seems like a steal. Anyone have experience with this tool? I do a lot of work on my old truck and hate squeezing into tight spots with a manual ratchet. Is it worth the upgrade?

Great find! I've had the M12 ratchet for about a year now. It's a beast for tight spots. The only downside is that it's not as powerful as an air ratchet, but for 90% of jobs it's more than enough. That price is a no-brainer. Just make sure you have a couple of batteries - it eats through them if you're using it constantly.

I got that same deal last month! It's been a game changer for brake jobs and interior work. The head is slim enough to get into tight engine bays. My only complaint is the trigger is a bit sensitive - takes some getting used to. But for $99, snag it before they change their minds!

Not much of a car guy, but I use mine for building decks and furniture. Works great for lag bolts and tightening hardware in confined spaces. Plus, I've dropped it off a ladder twice and it still works. Milwaukee's tough. I'd say go for it.
