Hey guys, I just finished building a new workbench in my garage, and now my truck bed is full of sawdust and wood chips. I need a good car vacuum that can handle all that mess. Any recommendations? I've got a cordless drill and some Ryobi batteries, but I'm open to anything.

Make sure whatever you get has good filtration! Fine sawdust is nasty for your lungs - look for HEPA or at least a good dust bag. I'd steer clear of those cheap wet/dry vacs that blow dust everywhere. Maybe a Shop-Vac with a cartridge filter?

If you want to really get into the crevices, get a vac with a crevice tool and a brush attachment. I have the Milwaukee M18 cordless vac, and it's awesome for detail work. Plus it's compact. But if the truck bed is really dirty, you might need a bigger unit.

Only Ryobi! If you already have the batteries, get the Ryobi 18V One+ Wet/Dry Vac. It's cheap, works great, and you don't need to buy new batteries. I use mine for everything - cars, shop cleanup, even wet spills. Ryobi all the way!
