So I was browsing FB marketplace and saw a Milwaukee M18 Packout vacuum (the big one) for $150. Dude says it's barely used. That's like half price. I'm tempted but worried about stolen goods or a knockoff. What do you guys think? Should I jump on it?

Hmm, $150 is suspiciously low for a Packout vac. Could be legit if the guy just needs quick cash, but I'd be careful. Check the serial number when you meet up, and see if it has the original charger and battery. If it's real, that's a steal. I use mine almost daily for car interiors – sucks up everything from dog hair to gravel.

Dude, I'd go for it! Even if it's a knockoff, $150 for a vac that works half as good as the Milwaukee is still a deal. But if it's real, you hit the jackpot. I got mine for $300 and it's worth every penny. Just make sure to test it – bring a battery and see if it runs. Also, ask why he's selling. If he says something like 'moving' or 'need cash', it's probably legit.

I'd be wary of fakes. There are a lot of clones out there that look identical but have weaker suction and crappy filters. Check the weight – real Milwaukee Packout vacs are heavy. Also, look at the latch mechanism. The real one has a satisfying click. For $150, if it's real, you're saving $150. But if it's a fake, you're wasting $150. I'd ask for a photo of the model number and look up the specs.
