So I was browsing FB Marketplace and saw a Husqvarna 460 Rancher for $250. Looks barely used, just some scuffs. Owner says it runs great. I've been needing a bigger saw for firewood. Is this a steal or am I gonna get burned? 🪓🤔

Dang, that's a solid deal if it's legit. Those retail for like $450+. But be careful, could be stolen or beat to hell. Ask for a video of it running. Check the bar and chain for wear. If it's genuine, grab it quick.

I'm all about Husqvarna, but that price makes me suspicious. My neighbor bought a 'deal' on a Husky and it ended up having a scored cylinder. Bring a compression tester if you can. Also, check the serial number for recalls. Better safe than sorry.

Good points. I asked for a video and he sent one – starts right up and idles smooth. He says he's moving and needs cash. Serial number checks out, no recalls. I think I'm gonna go for it. Fingers crossed! 🤞

Nice! Sounds like a score then. Just make sure you check the chain tension and oiler before you run it hard. And get some good sharpening files. Post pics when you get it! 🔥
