Found this article about Randy Roberts, the 'Summer Mayor' of Teton Pass. Talks about volunteer hybrids in the backcountry. Anyone else think this relates to how we mix gas and electric tools? Read the full thing here: https://example.com/volunteer-hybrids

Interesting read! I mean, we all know hybrid tools are gettin better, but this guy is literally a hybrid volunteer. Kinda like a Ryobi 40v with a gas backup lol. But seriously, it's cool to see how volunteers blend roles up there.

Yeah but does that help my wallet? Hybrid tools cost an arm and a leg. I'll stick with my gas saw and a spare tank. Less hassle, less cash.

Safety first! Whether gas or electric, always wear chaps. And if you're volunteering in avalanche terrain like Randy, you better have proper gear. Hybrid or not, know your limits.
