Just saw this article about Amgen's big plans for 2025. They're pushing for double-digit growth and seem really excited about their obesity drug, MariTide. Sounds like they're on a roll with that and their cancer treatments. What do you all think? Is this just hype or do they actually have a solid strategy?

I've been burned by pharma stocks before, but Amgen does have a decent track record. The obesity market is huge right now, so if they can get MariTide approved and marketed well, it could be a game changer. But I'd want to see more data before jumping in. Safety first, you know?

I'm with Steve on this. The obesity drug market is booming, but it's competitive. Amgen's got some good stuff in the pipeline, but there's no guarantee. I'd watch the clinical trial results closely. Plus, their BiTE platform has been solid for cancer, but momentum can slow. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Yeah, it's interesting. The BiTE stuff has been promising, but you're right, the competition is fierce. I might consider a small position just to see how it plays out. But I'll keep my wrench close and my eye on the market.
