Just saw this article. # Milwaukee carjackers in high-speed police chase cause fiery crash with life-threatening injuries. This is why I always keep my tools locked up and have a tracker on my work truck. What do you guys think?

Dang that's wild. Reminds me of the time my buddy's van got jacked with all his Dewalt gear inside. He never got it back. Crazy how far people go. Hope they catch these guys.

Yeah it's a mess. I had a close call last year when some guys tried to steal my truck from a job site. Now I keep a kill switch hidden. Not worth the risk. Glad no innocent bystanders got hurt in this one.

Good point Bob. I'm thinking about getting a GPS tracker for my trailer. Anyone got recommendations? Those Milwaukee ones are pricey.

I use a cheap Tile in my tool box. Not as good as a real tracker but gives me some peace of mind. Might be worth looking into a hidden camera too if you park outside.
