Man, that's nuts. I mean, carjacking is already stupid, but a high-speed chase? They must have been amped up on something. Hope nobody innocent got hurt. Wonder what kind of car they were driving - probably a stolen one with no regard for safety.

Honestly, I've seen this before in my neighborhood. Kids stealing cars and then crashing them. It's sad, but at least they didn't take anyone else out. The police need to crack down harder on these thefts. Maybe some tracking devices or something?

Yeah, I agree. It's a waste of life and property. I think some states are considering GPS trackers for high-risk vehicles. But at the end of the day, it's about preventing the theft in the first place. Maybe better community watch or alarms? What do you guys use?

I got a steering wheel lock on my truck, and I always park in a garage if possible. But even then, pros can bypass that. TBH, the best deterrent is a manual transmission - most thieves can't drive stick lol. But seriously, stay safe out there.
