Hey guys, I've been using my grinder to cut some concrete pavers and the dust is insane. I've got a basic N95 mask but I'm coughing up dust hours later. What respirator do you guys recommend? I want something that actually works for silica dust.

You need a half-face respirator with P100 filters, not just N95. The N95 doesn't seal right and lets dust in. I use a 3M 6500 series with pink P100 cartridges. Also hook it up to a vacuum shroud if you can - keeps the air clean.

I just use a cheap rubber mask from Harbor Freight. Works fine for me but I don't do concrete often. Make sure you shave if you got a beard, otherwise the seal is junk.

Second the 3M half-face. I got the 7500 series and it's comfy even after hours. Also consider a face shield - that dust gets everywhere, and you don't want it in your eyes. Stay safe!
