Just read that Philips launched the Baristina Bar Pro 500 with a 90-second cold brew feature. I know it's not a power tool, but as a coffee lover and DIYer, I'm intrigued. Can a machine really make cold brew that fast? Any thoughts?

While I'm all for DIY coffee hacks, nothing beats a good ol' angle grinder for the real grinding needs. But hey, if it makes a decent cup, why not? My wife would love that cold brew in 90 seconds. Might have to look into it for her birthday. Just hope it's as durable as my tools!

90 seconds? That's faster than I can set up my hand grinder. I'm skeptical about the flavor though. Cold brew usually takes time to extract properly. But technology advances. I'd like to see a teardown to see what's inside. Maybe it's using some kind of pressure or ultrasonic extraction. If it works, it's a game changer for summer mornings on the job site.

I'm a renovator, always on the go. A quick cold brew would be perfect for those early mornings. But I'm more of a tea person, honestly. Still, I appreciate the innovation. Maybe I can repurpose the body for a project if it breaks down haha. Let us know if you try it, Mike!
