Buddy of mine just got a nasty pinch using some channel locks without gloves. I always wear cut-resistant gloves now, even with pliers. What do you guys use?

I wear mechanic's gloves with grip. Helps with precision and prevents blisters. But I take them off if I need to feel a thread or something.

Gloves? I just use my bare hands. Saves money and I get better feel. Just don't pinch yourself lol.

I go back and forth. Sometimes gloves help with grip on slippery pipes. Other times they get in the way. Never had a serious injury though.

Yea, but wait till you get a blood blister like my buddy. He couldn't grip for a week. I'll stick with cheap hardware store gloves.
