Hey all, just a reminder to wear cut-resistant gloves when using your wire strippers or any pliers on live wires. Tried to be too cool and got a nasty cut today. Stay safe!

Yeah, I learned that the hard way too. Now I just grab some cheap mechanics gloves from Harbor Freight. They're like $10 and work fine.

Good tip Steve! I always wear my insulated Kleins. For tough jobs I've got some goat leather gloves that are super durable. Worth the splurge IMO.

Cut gloves are a must on commercial sites. We use these MaxiFlex ones that are super thin but cut level 5. If you're wiring all day, dexterity matters. Stay safe, guys.
