Victorinox Swiss Tool Spirit MX Deal - Worth It?

Just saw the price drop on the Victorinox Swiss Tool Spirit MX, $121 shipped. I'm a collector, but this seems like a solid deal for a premium multitool. Any thoughts? Is it worth it for the everyday DIYer?

I've been a Victorinox fan for years. The Spirit line is top-notch, but that price is still steep. For $121, you could get a Leatherman Wave or Surge and have money left over. Unless you're a collector or need that specific tool set, I'd pass. But hey, if you've got the cash, it's a great tool.

I've had the Spirit for a couple months now. The fit and finish is amazing, but the pliers are a bit finicky for precision work. The 25 functions are nice, but some are gimmicky. Honestly, for $121, it's not a bad deal if you appreciate the craftsmanship. But for precision work, I'd rather use dedicated tools.
