Hey all, I'm in the market for a new pressure washer. I'm stuck between the DeWalt 4000 PSI and the Makita 4200 PSI. I do a lot of driveway and deck cleaning. Anyone have experience with both?

I've used both at work. Makita has better build quality imo, but DeWalt is easier to find parts for. Also the Makita has a higher PSI but the DeWalt has better flow. What's your priority?

Don't forget about the Honda engine on the Makita. I've had mine for 5 years, no issues. DeWalt uses a Briggs engine, which is also solid but Honda is the gold standard for small engines.

I went with the DeWalt because of the price. Found it on sale at Home Depot. So far so good, but I'm just a weekend warrior. If you're using it daily, maybe spend the extra on Makita.
