Hey guys, just saw a Ridgid 3100 PSI pressure washer on sale for $299, normally $429. It's the one with the Honda engine. I've been looking to replace my old electric one. Is this a good deal? Anyone have experience with it? I mainly need it for cleaning my deck, driveway, and maybe my truck.

That's a solid price for a Honda-powered unit. I've had a similar one for years, and it's been a workhorse. You'll definitely feel the upgrade from electric. Just make sure you get the right nozzles for your tasks – the 15-degree is good for driveways, and the 40-degree for softer stuff. At that price, I'd say go for it!

I've used that exact model on a few jobs. It's a beast. The Honda engine is reliable, and parts are easy to find. One tip: use some fuel stabilizer if you don't use it often. Also, check out the surface cleaner attachment – makes driveway cleaning a breeze. For $299, you won't regret it.

I'll chime in – I've seen these last a long time with proper maintenance. At that price, it's a steal. I use pressure washers daily for restoration work, and the Ridgid is a good value. Just be careful not to blast too close to wood – you can gouge it. And definitely get a longer hose if you need reach. Enjoy the new toy!

Thanks everyone! I'm definitely gonna grab it. The surface cleaner sounds like a good investment too. Appreciate the tips – I'll be careful with the wood! Expect some questions next week when I try it out. Cheers!
