Found a used Karcher K5 Premium at a garage sale for $150. Looks barely used, comes with the foam cannon and surface cleaner. Should I pull the trigger? I just need something for cleaning my deck and driveway once a year.

Dude, that's a steal! The K5 is beast. I've got the K4 and it handles my driveway fine. Make sure it's not a rental unit or water damaged. But for that price, even if you flip it you'd make money.

Check the pump oil and make sure it wasn't run without water. Those K5s are solid, but used ones can be hit or miss. Also, the hose on the Premium is stiff - might wanna upgrade if it gets cold where you are. $150 is fair if it's in good shape.

Thanks guys! It ran fine when they demo'd it. No leaks, oil looked clean. I'm gonna grab it. First pressure washer, any tips for a noob?

Always use a nozzle and keep it moving – don't hold it in one spot or you'll etch concrete. And use a detergent first for grease. Good luck!
