Hey guys, I've got a Worx WG670. Battery shows full charge but when I pull the trigger, nothing happens. No click, no whirr, nothing. I've checked the battery contacts and they seem clean. Any ideas before I take it apart?

First thing I'd check is the battery itself. Try it in another tool if you have one. Also, look at the trigger lock - sometimes they stick. Could be a dead switch too. If it's under warranty, don't void it by tearing into it.

I had a similar issue with a Karcher. Turned out the battery had a faulty BMS. Try leaving the battery on the charger for an extra hour after it says full. Also, check for any corrosion on the pins inside the washer - a little sandpaper can work wonders.

Second the BMS issue. Also, some washers have a thermal cutoff that trips if the motor got hot. Let it cool down for 30 min and try again. If that doesn't work, could be the motor brushes or a blown fuse. Pop the handle off and check for a glass fuse.

Thanks everyone! I tried MakitaMike's suggestion - battery works in my drill fine. Let it cool down as SocketSarah said, still nothing. I'll check for a fuse. Appreciate the help!
