Hey guys, saw this article about Californians worrying a billionaire tax will drive businesses out. I'm no billionaire, but if they leave, will my sander prices go up? What do y'all think?

Probably. Higher taxes on the rich might mean less investment in manufacturing. But honestly, I'm more worried about safety regulations getting slashed if businesses flee. Stay tuned.

My wallet's already crying. If companies leave, fewer tools on the market = higher prices. I'm stocking up on sandpaper now lol. But seriously, CA needs to think this through.

@GearHeadGary636 lol true. Maybe I should buy that belt sander I've been eyeing before prices spike. Anyone got a good rec for under $200?
