Just saw this article. I'm no billionaire, but if they tax the rich, they'll just leave and take jobs with 'em. What do you guys think?

Taxes are like sandpaper grit - too fine and it clogs, too coarse and it gouges. This wealth tax sounds like 80-grit to me. Gonna leave a rough finish on the economy.

I'm a contractor in CA and let me tell ya, businesses are already fleeing to Texas. Add another tax and we'll have more empty shops than my local hardware store on a Sunday.

Agreed. I've seen two supply houses close in the last year. This tax is just another nail in the coffin. They should focus on spending efficiency, not more revenue.
