Interesting article. Honestly, I’m less worried about billionaires leaving than what it means for small biz. My local hardware store already struggles with CA regulations. If this tax scares off investors, it’s the little guys who’ll feel it first.

Man, I just want to sand my deck without thinking about taxes. But seriously, if all the rich guys move to Texas, who’s gonna fund our roads? The poll says 60% are worried – that’s a lot. I’d rather see a flat tax on everyone, but what do I know, I’m just a garage guy.

Lol Pete, I hear ya. But this isn’t about sanders, it’s about our state’s future. My business is already struggling with high costs. If this tax drives away the big spenders, my customers might dry up. Not a fan of taxing wealth that hasn’t been realized yet.

I’m just here for the woodworking tips, but this poll got me thinking. Maybe we should focus on making CA more business-friendly instead of taxing the rich. My buddy runs a small cabinet shop and he’s thinking of moving to Nevada. That would sucks for my projects.

True, Dave. But if they leave, maybe we can pick up their old machinery cheap on Craigslist? (kidding… mostly). All serious though, this whole thing makes me wanna just stick to my sanders and avoid politics. But it’s hard when it hits the wallet.
