Just saw this article about scheduling concrete cutting in Georgia: https://example.com/article. Sounds like they're prepping for some big job down there. Anyone have experience with concrete cutting in hot climates? I've only done small stuff in my garage, but this seems like a whole different ball game.

Yeah, I read that. Concrete cutting in Georgia summer is no joke. The heat index can hit 100+, and the dust management is a pain. They gotta be using wet saws or serious vac systems. I did a sidewalk job last August and had to stop every 20 mins to cool down. Not fun.

Good point about the dust. I wonder if they're using those new diamond blades that cut faster with less heat? Also, scheduling around rain in Georgia is a headache. We had a foundation pour delayed twice because of afternoon thunderstorms. Hope they got a good weather window.

I cut concrete for a living up north, but never down south. Heard humidity can mess with the mix even after curing. They better be using a decent saw or it'll wear down fast. Also, loud as hell - hope they warned the neighbors. Keep us posted if you try it, SparkySam!

Thanks for the tips guys! I'm just a weekend warrior, but I might rent a concrete saw for a small patio project. I'll look into the wet cutting methods. Appreciate the feedback!
