Anyone seen this concrete cutting article? Seems overkill for GA.

So I stumbled across this article about scheduling concrete cutting in Georgia. Seems like a lot of planning for just cutting some concrete. What do you guys think? https://example.com/georgia-concrete-cutting

I do this kinda work all the time. It's not just about cutting - you gotta plan for rebar, utilities, dust control. Georgia has some tough clay soil too. Article's probably aimed at newbies who think they can just grab a saw and go.

If you're cutting concrete, you better have the right blade. Diamond or abrasive? Wet or dry? And don't get me started on depth stops. I'd rather overplan than have a kickback.

Nobody mentioned safety. Concrete cutting kicks up silica dust - you need respirators, water suppression, and watch for buried lines. That article probably covers permits too. Better safe than sorry.
