Came across this article about scheduling concrete cutting in Georgia. Anyone have experience with this? I'm thinking about doing a patio removal but not sure if I should rent a saw or hire it out. Check it out: https://example.com/georgia-concrete-cutting

I've done a few concrete cuts myself. If it's a small job, renting a gas cutoff saw is doable but messy. For bigger stuff, hiring pros is worth it. That article seems pretty basic though. What kind of patio you got?

Back in the day, we did all our cuts with a demo saw and a garden hose. Dust control is key if you're anywhere near a house. Georgia red dirt stains everything lol. Make sure you call 811 before you dig, not just for utilities but also for any rebar you might hit.

I've got a concrete saw in the garage but rarely use it. Honestly, for a patio, I'd just rent a walk-behind from Home Depot. But if you don't need the tool for other stuff, hiring it out saves the headache of cleanup. Also, check your local codes - some areas require permits for demo.
