12 Cool Gadgets - Any gems in here?

I've got that auto-retracting tape measure. It's ok, but the lock slips sometimes. The impact driver looks solid, though. Anyone try that one?

The laser level is a must-have for hanging cabinets. I got a similar one. Saves so much time. But some of that stuff is gimmicky. Like the magnetic wristband - just gets in the way.
