Found the Wera Kraftform Kompakt set for $50, good deal?

Just snagged this at a local hardware store closing sale. It's the 27-piece set, normally goes for like $120. I'm a bit of a precision nut—anyone have experience with these? I'm used to Wera's quality but never tried their compact sets.

Felix, that's a steal! Wera's ratcheting mechanism in those is butter-smooth. I had one for years on job sites—took a beating. The only downside is the bit storage can get loose over time. For $50, grab it before someone else does.

+1 to Sarah. I picked up a similar set last year and use it all the time in the garage. The interchangeable shafts are handy for tight spots. But check if all the bits are there—I found a missing Torx bit once. Still, $50 is a no-brainer.

Thanks guys! I checked the bits—all 27 are there. Sarah, does the ratchet handle hold up? I'm worried about it failing after a lot of use. Bought it anyway, just wondering if I should keep a backup.

Mine lasted through two full kitchen remodels, Felix. Just don't torque the hell out of it beyond what it's designed for. If you're driving 6-inch lags, use a impact gun. Otherwise, you're golden.
