Harbor Freight 50% off Coupons – Any good deals for screwdrivers?

Just saw this deal from Harbor Freight. Up to 50% off plus shipping from $6.99. Anyone know if their screwdriver sets are worth grabbing? I need a new set for basic home stuff. Link: [URL]

I've got a few of their Pittsburgh Pro screwdrivers. For the price they're decent, especially if you catch them on sale. The handles are comfortable but the tips wear faster than higher-end brands. If you're just doing light duty, go for it. I'd avoid the absolute cheapest sets though.

Check the coupon fine print! Sometimes the 50% off is only for certain items or excludes brands they push. Also, their screwdrivers are hit or miss on safety – I've had a tip shatter on a cheap one. Wear eye pro! That said, their Doyle line is decent for the money.

If you're into woodworking, their wooden handle screwdrivers are actually pretty nice for the price. I use them for assembly. The 50% off makes them a steal. Just don't expect to use them as chisels lol.
