The Must-Have Gadgets for Every DIYer - What's Your Take?

Just read this article and it's got some pretty cool stuff. I'm all for any gadget that makes the job easier. But I'm curious, what's your experience with some of these? Especially the laser level and the digital caliper - are they worth the hype?

I've got the laser level from that list, it's a game changer. But the digital caliper I've had mixed luck with - sometimes it's too finicky. For the price, I'd rather stick to a good old dial caliper. Just my two cents.

That digital caliper is for people who don't know how to read a vernier. I'll take my trusty mechanical one any day. But I gotta say, the tool belt with the magnetic strip looks real handy. Anyone tried that?

Ha, fair enough Hank. I've never been good with verniers anyway. The magnetic belt might be overkill though, I'm happy with my standard one. But I'm always open to new stuff. Anyone else got a favorite from the list?
