Hey folks, just a friendly reminder to ALWAYS wear gloves when using wrenches. I was tightening a stubborn bolt and my hand slipped. The wrench flew off and I ended up with a nasty gash. Could have been a lot worse. Anyone else have a close call?

Preach it, Mike! I always keep cut-resistant gloves in my tool bag. Those little slips happen so fast. Glad you're okay man.

Not to be cheap, but are there decent gloves that don't cost an arm and a leg? I don't want to break the bank but also don't want to lose a finger lol.

Yeah, even the cheap ones add protection. Just make sure they fit snug so you don't lose grip on the wrench.
