Any good non-power tool recommendations from that article?

Just read that article. They mention some solid picks, but I think a good set of ratcheting wrenches is a must. I've got a few sets and the gear precision makes all the diff. What do you guys think?

I saw that too. For me, a quality work light is essential. Can't see crap under the hood without it. The magnetic ones are life savers.

Don't forget safety stuff! They didn't mention jack stands or gloves enough. I've seen too many close calls. Get a good creeper too, your back will thank you.

I'm more of a woodworker but those telescoping magnets are gold. Dropped a socket in the engine bay once and that thing saved me hours.

Good points. I'd add a good torque wrench too. Over-torquing is a nightmare. Anyone tried the digital ones?
