Just saw this: Barrow Hanley sold 158k shares of Enerpac. I know they make hydraulic tools and torque wrenches. Is this a bad sign for the company or just portfolio rebalancing? Anyone follow EPAC stock?

I use Enerpac torque wrenches daily. They're solid but expensive. Could be they're losing market share to cheaper brands? Or maybe the seller just needed cash. I'd look at their earnings report before panicking.

Retired carpenter here - I've seen companies come and go. Enerpac has been around forever. This could be nothing. But if their tools start slipping in quality, then worry. For now, I'd keep using my old Enerpac stuff until it breaks.

Good points. I'll check their recent earnings. Just seemed like a big sell-off. Thanks for the input!
