Saw this article about Barrow Hanley selling a ton of Enerpac shares. I know they make good tools but this seems like a red flag. Anyone else following this? Is it time to sell or just noise?

Meh, institutional investors rebalance all the time. Could be profit-taking or tax-loss harvesting. I wouldn't read too much into it. EPAC has solid products and a good dividend history.

I actually bought more EPAC after reading this. Big sell-offs often create buying opportunities if the company fundamentals are strong. Their hydraulic tools are top notch.

Good points. I'm still holding my shares. Just seemed weird seeing such a large sale. Thanks for the reassurance! Maybe I'm overthinking it.
