Enerpac Tool Group stock sale - anyone else watching?

Just saw this about Barrow Hanley selling a bunch of Enerpac shares. I've been using their hydraulic tools for years, but I don't know much about the stock. Anyone here follow this stuff?

I don't pay much attention to stocks, but Enerpac makes solid gear. If they're selling, maybe insiders think the price is high? But it's just one firm, who knows. I'd rather focus on the tools themselves!

Ha, I wish I had money to invest in tools stocks! But seriously, I saw that article too. Might be a red flag, but I'd wait for more info. Could be a portfolio rebalance, not a big deal.

I've been using Enerpac jacks on job sites for years. Solid stuff. But stocks are a different game. If they're selling, maybe they need cash for something else. I wouldn't panic. My wrench set is still fine!
