Harley tool kits - do they still include them?

Just read this article about Harley tool kits. I remember my dad's old Sportster had a little pouch under the seat with some wrenches. Do new Harleys still come with anything? Seems like they'd skimp on it these days.

I think most new Harleys don't come with a full kit anymore, just a basic tool roll maybe. My '19 Street Glide had a small pouch with a few allen keys and a spark plug wrench. Hardly enough to do a roadside repair. I always carry my own set.

Yeah, my '22 Road King came with a minimal kit. I upgraded to a socket set and some good combination wrenches. You need 12-points for some bolts. The factory stuff is junk anyway.

I bought a used '07 Dyna and it had the original tool kit - a little canvas roll with some wrenches and pliers. They're decent but I still added a few extra sizes. Better to be safe than stranded. Anyone know if the new ones have a tire repair kit?

Good question Hank. I think some tourers might have a compressor and plug kit but not sure. Guess we'll just have to pack our own gear. Always better to be prepared.
