Good list, but I'd add a quality set of wrenches! You can never have too many, and a good ratcheting wrench set saves so much time. Also, a dead blow hammer is a must for stubborn parts. What's #5 on that list?

I'm just a weekend warrior but I live by my magnetic parts tray and a good work light. Spent too many hours searching for dropped bolts! The article mentions a hydraulic press? I dream of having one but no room in my garage lol.

@PlumberPaul135 Totally agree on the wrenches! And @LevelLarry628, a magnetic tray is a life saver. The article lists a creep (creeper) as #1, then a hydraulic press, a parts washer, a multimeter, and a tap and die set. Not all flashy, but super useful.

Ah, a parts washer - that's a game changer for cleaning greasy bits. But for those of us without a ton of space, a cheap ultrasonic cleaner does wonders for small parts like carbs or injectors. Just my 2 cents.
