Just saw this news about Enerpac. Big money selling off shares. I use their hydraulic wrenches on heavy equipment sometimes - they're pricey but tough. Anyone think this means trouble for the brand or just normal fund shuffling?

Probably just a rebalance. Enerpac makes good stuff but they're expensive. I'd rather spend that money on a set of Proto or Armstrong for half the price. Unless you're torquing bridge bolts, their stuff is overkill for most DIY.

I've got a couple Enerpac jacks and a puller set - they last forever. But yeah, for home use you don't need industrial grade. Might be a good time to buy if the price dips from this sell-off though? I dunno about stock stuff.

Enerpac is solid but I'm a Milwaukee guy for cordless. Their Torque Wrench is awesome. But for hydraulic stuff, Enerpac is the gold standard. Big investors sell all the time, doesn't mean the company is in trouble. Probably just locking in profits.
